Apstrata is a cloud-based application platform that includes an ecosystem of enterprise class application building blocks offered as web services.

Apstrata is bringing to market a suite of on-demand Rich Cloud services aimed at simplifying the development and operation of Web-connected applications.

The Rich Cloud suite is a perfect compliment to Rich Client applications such as iPhone, Flex or Javascript because it can greatly reduce, or in some cases eliminate the need for an application server by offering direct API connection from the Client to our Rich Cloud. This is the Client2Cloud.

Apstrata is an on-demand service which uses a RESTful API to manage a persistent data store.  Apstrata uses a document-style database which has valuable features such as server-side user management with ACL-controls, schema definitions and validations, stored queries, transactions, full text search and more. You cans sign up for a Production Account or a Sandbox Account to see how easy apstrata database is to incorporate into your next development project.

Apstrata is a subsidiary of element^n. Headquartered in Beirut, Lebanon, elementn^n is a team of 60 developers and consultants which has been delivering custom applications to global customers since 2002. Element^n uses the same mature software platform that apstrata is bringing to the cloud.
